Gym and Personal Training
The gym at Cedars Sports overlooks the stunning grounds and is equipped with the latest Technogym equipment. Members can take advantage of a full gym induction, which will take place with one of the qualified fitness team.

Monday to Friday: 6.30am–10.00pm (last entry 9.15pm)
Saturday and Sunday: 8.00am–8.00pm (last entry 7.15pm)
Please be aware the busier times are as follows:
Weekdays: 6.30-8.00am, 9.00-11.00am and 4.30-7.00pm
Weekends: 9.30am-12 noon and 4.00-6.00pm
Please note that a guest fee applies to all non-members using the facilities or receiving a service. A guest must be accompanied by a member during their stay.
If you are looking for support to achieve your fitness goals, feel like trying something new or want to get back to structured exercise and tuition, the gym team offers one-to-one personal training sessions. This can take place in the gym, the studio or even outdoors if you prefer.
Whether you are looking for a one-off session to kick start a new fitness routine, advice for increasing your daily activity, some help designing a new exercise programme or want regular sessions for ongoing support, our team here are ready to work with you to help achieve your personal goals.
Within your personal training sessions, the Gym Team can perform various health evaluations and fitness testing. This will include measuring blood pressure, checking body composition and taking you through a range of fitness tests which will measure both your aerobic fitness and muscular strength and endurance. Following these assessments your trainer can support you by offering the appropriate training and lifestyle advice to support your goals.
