Pall Mall is renowned for its beautiful swimming pool, turning an early morning dip into an unforgettable experience. Squash courts, gym and studio classes all provide ways to relax and shape up. In particular, the yoga and pilates studio offers class-based and one-on-one training, with a pilates reformer which can be used for fitness, toning, rehabilitation and sports specific training.
Specialist sports masseuses and therapists can treat injuries and you can turn to the Club’s beauty therapists for facials, treatments and manicures.
