The attractive glass fronted, 30-metre, Cedars Sports pool can be enjoyed for both fitness and relaxation. Ideal for those training or for some family fun, the weekly timetable includes adult only, open and aqua aerobics sessions.
Following a swim, ladies can enjoy time in the steam room and men can head to the sauna located in the changing room.

Adult Swimming Training
Training sessions are run at Woodcote Park every Wednesday evening (7.15pm to 8.00pm) so, whether you are training for a big swim or simply looking to improve your technique, come along and give it a try.
Training varies but includes stroke improvement, sprint or endurance based training and upper/lower body strength training. The objective is to improve each participants’ swimming by focusing on their individual strengths and weaknesses, enabling them to achieve their personal goals.
All abilities are welcome.

Child Swimming Lessons
Swimming lessons are available for all ages and abilities and held in either the children’s pool in the Walled Garden or the main pool in Cedars Sports.
