Swimming is available at both clubhouses. The famous pool at Pall Mall was restored in 2015 and retains its original Grecian inspired features, mosaics and marble columns. It is 26.3 metres long, ranges in depth from 1.0 to 2.3 metres and is heated to a temperature of 28°C.
Along with recreational swimming there are training nights, competitions and fixtures against other clubs. Professional coaching is also available.

Swimming lane etiquette
Monday to Friday from 7.00–9.00am, 11.30am–2.00pm and 4.30–8.00pm the pool is divided into three lanes: slow, medium and fast. Please pick the lane that is appropriate to you and the other swimmers around you. The fast lane is predominantly for swimming consistent front crawl lengths.
If someone is swimming faster than you please let them pass, either by swimming close to the lane rope or by stopping at the end of your length.
During periods when the laning system is not in place, we respectfully ask members to swim along the black lines at the bottom of the pool.
On Wednesdays, the medium and fast lanes will be used for swimming coaching between 7.30pm and 8.30pm.
