Returns and Refunds

Returning an Item Because You Changed Your Mind

  1. In addition to your statutory rights, the Club offers the following rights of return:
  2.  Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 30 days of order date, and we will give you a refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.
  3. Subject to your cancellation rights under the Rights of Cancellation (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), returns must be made within 30 days of order date with proof of purchase. Returns are subject to the exclusions and restrictions listed below (please see Non-Returnable Items below).

Returning A Faulty Item

  1. If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we will provide a full refund it. Please disable any security features and remove your personal data.
  2. After 30 days, we will replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Non-Returnable Items

  1.  The following products cannot be returned:
    a. Products that are personalised, bespoke, altered or otherwise made to your specification
    b. Perishable goods
    c. Beauty products, fragrances, and PPE products
    d. Any other products designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase
    e. Limited edition products and Bedding
    f. Scarves, gloves, and hair accessories
