Please note that we are currently experiencing a technical issue with the password resetting process. If you need to reset you password please email the Membership Team at email@example.com during office hours and they will assist you.
Currently confirmation emails are not being sent for rooms, restaurants and online collections due a technical issue. Please log in to your account to check the confirmation has been processed.
If you are having trouble logging into the Club website or resetting your password, the help on this page should get you through the most common issues.
You can re-enter your existing password if you wish to but we recommend that you create a new one, as it helps to keep your account secure if your password is changed occasionally.
