What is available to book?
Restaurant dining in Stirling’s, Fountain Brasserie and Cedar Room, following the rule of six or two households for both Ladies and Derby Day.
Derby Picnics are also available to pre order.
Will there be a la carte dining?
No, it is a set menu in all restaurants for both Ladies and Derby Day.

How do I book?
To book your restaurant reservation, you can book online or contact the Reservations
Team by email: reserve@royalautomobileclub.co.uk or telephone: 0207 930 2345 or book online via the Booking Centre.
Can I order a picnic and sit on the estate or golf course to eat it?
Yes, we have a special Derby picnic for both Ladies and Derby Day. You will be able to enjoy it on the estate but not on the golf courses as they will be fully functional as this is not a normal Derby weekend for the Club and the courses will be open all day.
What is the dress code?
As this is not a normal Derby weekend for the Club, the dress code will be the current Woodcote Park dress code that can be viewed here.
What are the times of the races each day?
The Racecourse have not published the times of the races for either day yet. We will inform members who have bookings of the times of the races each day once we have received them.
Can we watch the races?
Yes, we will be showing all of the races for both days on TV screens in the restaurants.
Will we be able to place any bets?
Yes, there will be on site betting facilities available.
Will there be an issue with parking?
We do not envisage there will be any issues but will ensure the overflow car parks are available and the car parks will be marshalled to assist members.
Can I book accommodation?
Yes, but please book early to avoid disappointment. Rooms will be available to book from Monday 10 May at 8am.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation without charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
After this time you will be charged your full group fee.
