The Royal Automobile Club Events Team would like to invite you to exhibit at a Christmas event we are hosting on Saturday 18 November 2023, from 11.00am – 3.30pm. The event is entitled ‘Woodcote Park Festive Fair’ which is a Christmas-market held at our venue, exclusively for the members of our Club. The Festive Fair has become an annual favourite in our events calendar and is extremely popular with our members, successfully receiving hundreds of visitors throughout the course of the day.
The Royal Automobile Club is an exclusive private members’ Club with 17,500 members. We have two clubhouses – one situated in Pall Mall, London and the other based in the Surrey Hills of Epsom. Both clubhouses offer exceptional facilities and outstanding service. The Festive Fair will be held at our Woodcote Park clubhouse. It is set amongst 350 acres of Surrey parkland, complete with two 18-hole golf courses and offers a variety of other sporting facilities, dining and accommodation.
We would be delighted if your business participated in this year’s event and we warmly invite you to book a stall with us. The fee is £85.00 per stall and you will receive a clothed 6ft trestle table, chairs and power (if required). Stallholders have the freedom to decorate their space as they wish. After the initial payment for the stall, all profits made on the day would be retained by the stallholder.
