Returns and Refunds

As a member of the Royal Automobile Club how can I return my order?
Except for non-refundable items, all products may be returned to Pall Mall or Woodcote Park Club Shop within 30 days of purchase.

As a guest of the Royal Automobile Club, how can I return my order?
Except for non-refundable items, all products can be returned by post to the Club Shop at Woodcote Park, but the cost of shipping is at the customers expense, except when the item is faulty. The address is The Club Shop, Royal Automobile Club, Woodcote Park, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 7EW

Can I post my return to the Club?
Yes, to either clubhouse Club Shop, but the member will be required to pay any postage.
When posting a return to the Club, a copy of the Order Confirmation must be enclosed within the package.

If I ordered my items with Home Delivery, will my charge be refunded?
No, however, should the item be faulty or damaged the home delivery charge will be reimbursed.

How long will it take to show the credit on my account?
For members who have paid by member account, the credit will show on the next
If the member or guest has paid by credit or debit card, the refund amount will be returned by the same method within seven working days.

What should I do if I have received a faulty or damaged item?
If you believe that you have received a faulty or damaged item then contact our Shop team Shop@Royalautomobileclub.co.uk with your order number and images of the item so we can assist you further.

Can I exchange my purchase for something else?
While we do not offer exchanges for online orders, you can easily return unwanted items to us for a full refund.
