Enjoy live music in the Long Bar each month

Each month a different musician will perform live in the Long Bar. These evenings are complimentary for walk-ins and no booking is required. The usual Long Bar food and beverage offerings will be available throughout the evenings. Please note that the music will begin at 8.00pm. There will be intervals which will vary depending on the event. Sets will also vary and occasionally, we may finish earlier or later than scheduled.

COUNTRY MUSIC EVENING WITH OLLIE HAWKINS

Friday 17 April, 8.00-10.00pm

Join us for an evening of contemporary country music, featuring one of the UK’s most compelling emerging talents, Ollie Hawkins. Inspired by icons like Johnny Cash and Creedence, as well as Chris Stapleton, Tyler Childers and Cody Johnson, Ollie blends modern country flair with authentic roots influences. He performed a duet alongside country superstar Zach Bryan at BST Hyde Park and he has already left his mark on both sides of the Atlantic, with key performances at The Long Road Festival, Front Porch Fest in Nashville, Acoustic Country Music Festival and American Speedfest.

WELSH MUSIC EVENING WITH MEGAN HUMPHRIES (HARPIST)

Friday 8 May, 8.00-10.00pm

Megan Humphries is an award-winning harpist performing at leading venues including the Royal Albert Hall and the Barbican Centre. She appears regularly at prestigious events and alongside notable artists such as Jacob Collier. An accomplished orchestral and chamber musician, she has recorded with the Black Dyke Brass Band and premiered new works. Megan is a postgraduate scholar at the Royal Academy of Music, studying with Suzy Willison-Kawalec following the completion of her honours undergraduate degree in 2023.

Spanish Evening with De Fuego (WITH a FLAMENCO DANCER)

Friday 5 June, 8.00-10.00pm

Winners of the 2019 UK Lukas Latin Awards, De Fuego is a multi‑award‑winning Spanish guitar duo known for their high‑energy flamenco and rumba. They have headlined over 100 festivals, including Glastonbury and Sziget, and released three albums. Danielle, drawing on early training in ballet and musical theatre, has devoted many years to flamenco. She teaches all ages, delivers taster sessions in a wide range of settings, and creates original ‘Flamenco Musical Dramas’—her next being a flamenco adaptation of Romeo & Juliet.

BLUES BROTHERS TRIBUTE EVENING

Friday 25 September, 8.00-9.30pm 

This high‑energy show features two 30‑minute sets starting at 8:00pm with a 20‑minute interval. The SOS Blues Brothers return to deliver their hit, fun‑filled tribute packed with music, comedy and all the spirit of the original Blues Brothers. Expect classic soul, blues, and R’n’B favourites from the iconic film, including Gimme Some Lovin’, Everybody Needs Somebody, and Shake a Tail Feather. So grab your hat and shades and get ready to party with Jake and Elwood as they once again take the stage “on a mission from God.”

Brazilian Music Evening With The London Bossa Quartet

Friday 9 October, 8.00-10.00pm

The London Bossa Quartet brings together some of the UK’s finest Brazilian musicians, performing a vibrant blend of classics by masters such as Tom Jobim, João Bosco and Hermeto Pascoal, alongside works by a new generation of Brazilian composers and well as their own original compositions. Their sophisticated, virtuoso sound transports audiences beyond traditional Bossa Nova, offering the authentic spirit of Brazil and the feel of dreamy Rio nights.

ARABIC MUSIC EVENING (WITH BELLY DANCE PERFORMANCE)

Friday 13 November, 8.00-10.00pm

Hanan Hjaaj and Maestro Tarik Saeed are a vibrant London‑based duo blending expressive Arabic vocals with masterful keyboard and jeybar performances. Their lively sets mix Arabic classics with Lebanese, Egyptian and modern hits. Joining them is internationally acclaimed belly dancer Leilah Isaac, known for her global workshops and her work as a choreographer for major broadcasters including ITV and the BBC. Together, they deliver a memorable and culturally rich live entertainment experience.
