In the classes you will learn how to move the body with control while relaxing and releasing, this will improve the range of movement and calming the body and mind, through the practice of each move separately you learn and develop them and combining it all into one fluid form at the end to relax release and be. James Norman James has been training in Tai Chi and Qigong since 2007 and became an instructor in 2012. During the course of his training he has competed and been awarded Bronze, Silver and Gold medals at a UK level and has been awarded 2nd Dan level in the Martial Art Chi-Do.
