This year’s event promises to be truly unforgettable as we welcome our Guest of Honour, Chris Lemons. He will share the astonishing true story behind the infamous Topaz Incident and how he survived 45 minutes at a depth of 100 metres without oxygen after becoming stranded on the seabed during a North Sea saturation dive.

The evening will begin with a Champagne reception, followed by a traditional three-course Christmas dinner including half a bottle of Club wine per person, all set within the elegant surroundings of the Mountbatten Room.

Throughout the evening, we will celebrate the highlights of the year, exchange stories from recent expeditions and adventures before presenting our annual Sub-Aqua trophies.

A gripping speaker, a festive atmosphere, fine food, wine, friendship and unforgettable stories. This is one of the highlights of the Sub-Aqua calendar which is not to be missed.
