Woodcote Park is licenced for wedding ceremonies, so you can enjoy your special day all in the beautiful surroundings of the clubhouse and estate.
The banqueting rooms are sure to add that wow factor to your special day. Whether you want an intimate ceremony for 10 guests or a more extravagant ceremony for up to 160 guests, the Woodcote Park clubhouse can accommodate these and everything in between.
Derby Room
Up to 80 guests
For more intimate ceremonies, the Derby Room is simply perfect. A versatile room with floor to ceiling windows views across the golf courses.
Cedar Room
80 to 200 guests
The largest of Woodcote Park’s private rooms is surrounded on two sides by French windows, opening onto the Cedar Lawn. The perfect choice for your wedding, guests and the newlyweds can gather on the terrace and enjoy the views. The Cedar Room allows diverse room configuration options, plus the option to add a marquee on the Cedar Lawn.

Let the celebrations commence

The Club’s chefs are experts in designing and creating world-class cuisine. If booking one of the Club’s Wedding packages, enjoy a complimentary tasting and spend time with one of our chefs so you can select the perfect menu for your special day. With seasonal menus, prepared using only the finest and freshest ingredients, your wedding breakfast is set to impress your guests.
Entertainment
After the much-anticipated speeches, the newlyweds can take to the dance floor for the first dance, before being joined by your guests to party the night away. The Club has a selection of carefully selected suppliers from toastmasters to musicians and DJs who will help make your wedding reception one to remember.

Accommodation
With 22 luxury guest bedrooms at Woodcote Park, many of your guests can also stay over at the end your wedding day.
The bridal party is welcome to stay the night before the wedding and enjoy Woodcote Park’s spa and sporting facilities. Whether you want to enjoy some rejuvenating solo pampering or want to take time to spoil the full bridal party, our experienced therapists can create the ultimate pamper packages. Follow this with a relaxing evening in one of our restaurants.
We offer a reduced guest rate for ten bedrooms, with the option to added additional rooms depending upon availability.
A Romantic Break
Our suites are designed with relaxation in mind, with plenty of space to enjoy the surroundings and take a break from the wedding festivities. Request a bottle of chilled champagne and chocolates to await your arrival for an extra special touch.
Staying with Friends
Our twin or single rooms are the ideal option for guests travelling alone or sharing with friends. There will be no quarrels over who will get the larger bed, with all twins suitably equipped with sumptuous singles and all the necessary facilities for a relaxing stay.
