Group Away Days

Exchange your everyday working environment for a breath of fresh air and beautiful views at Woodcote Park.

The clubhouse provides everything you could need for a productive meeting, for anything from four to 200 people. The Club’s Banqueting Team will work with you to create the perfect day, combining the meeting facilities with a range of dining options

Meeting Rooms

There are three meeting rooms upstairs at Woodcote Park:

  • The Oaks Room – for meetings with up to 16 people.
  • The Derby Room – up to 30 people around a table or 70 theatre style.
  • The Library – for meetings with up to 18 people.
  • The Cedar Room on the ground floor can accommodate up to 200 people.
 
We offer both daily delegate and 24-hour delegate rates. Please view our delegate rates (prices are accurate of the time of publication). Bespoke arrangements are also available.

Dining

Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served in any of the meeting rooms. For evening use, they will be transformed from their daytime layout into elegant dining rooms.

We are also able to provide reserved tables in the Fountain Brasserie, Stirling’s or the 19th Hole – or you can arrange exclusive use of The Vault, the private dining room off the Fountain Brasserie.

 

Take a break

If you would like to include use of other facilities at Woodcote Park in your event programme the Banqueting Team would be happy to arrange this.

This might include, for example, a round of golf, a treatment in Cedars Sports, a game of tennis or just a relaxing team picnic in the woodland.

 

Accommodation

Woodcote Park has 22 bedrooms, all in the main clubhouse, which are available for you to book as part of an away day package.
