Rooms are currently available to book up to 12 months in advance.

Check-in is from 3.00pm and check out by 11.00am.

Members may book up to three guest bedrooms per stay. Different terms are available for accommodations booked as part of a banqueting booking.

Accommodation during major events (such as the Derby Festival, Fireworks Night and Christmas) will be made available to book at the same time as the event tickets go on sale.

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to stay overnight.

Please note that there is one room on each floor with disabled access and are accessible to Disability Discrimination Act standards.
