Join us for the second edition of our Seasonal Truffle Dinner, a culinary evening celebrating the elegance of white and black autumn truffles with Zak Frost of The Wiltshire Truffle Company.
What began as a small family-run venture has grown into one of the world’s most respected truffle suppliers. Today, Frost’s company provides truffles to many of the UK’s top chefs and restaurants, including The Fat Duck, The Waterside Inn, Sketch, L’Enclume and Harrods.
The evening will begin with a Champagne reception, followed by a dinner showcasing both white and black autumn truffles across a multi-course menu, with each course paired with carefully selected wines. Guests will also hear from Zak about the art of truffle hunting and the work behind sourcing such a prized ingredient.
