Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am-6.00pm (unstaffed)
Workstations are available on a first come, first served basis and may be used for up to two hours per day. Please note that workstations cannot be pre-booked.
We ask that telephone conversations at the workstations last no longer than two minutes, to avoid unduly disturbing other members.
Six phone booths are also available for members to make private phone or video calls. These may be used for up to 30 minutes at a time.
The Pall Mall dress code applies to anyone aged seven or above.
Work bags, including laptop bags, may be carried through the Club Room for use in the Simms Centre. If you subsequently move to another area of the clubhouse, you must leave any bags in the clubhouse cloakroom.
Meeting Room Rates
We offer 14 meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 2 to 20 people, including informal spaces furnished with sofas and chairs.
Daily Rates
Half day (4 hours) | Full day (5 hours or more)
Up to 2 people: £125.00 half day and £230.00 full day
Up to 4 people: £210.00 half day and £300.00 full day
Up to 6 people: £320.00 half day and £450.00 full day
Up to 10 people: £450.00 half day and £645.00 full day
Up to 14 people: £495.00 half day and £875.00 full day
Up to 20 people: £565.00 half day and £1,085.00 full day
Hourly Rates
Monday and Friday: £12.00 per person, per hour.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: £18.00 per person, per hour.
