Simms Business Centre

Monday to Friday: 8.00am-8.00pm (unmanned 7.00pm to 8.00pm)

Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am-6.00pm (unmanned)

Workstations are available on a first come, first served basis and may be used for up to two hours per day. Please note that workstations cannot be pre-booked.

We ask that telephone conversations at the workstations last no longer than two minutes, to avoid unduly disturbing other members.

Six phone booths are also available for members to make private phone or video calls. These may be used for up to 30 minutes at a time.

The Pall Mall dress code applies to anyone aged seven or above.

Work bags, including laptop bags, may be carried through the Club Room for use in the Simms Centre. If you subsequently move to another area of the clubhouse, you must leave any bags in the clubhouse cloakroom.

Meeting Room Rates

Prices for the first two hours:

Internal Room: £17.00 per person/per hour
Window Room: £18.00 per person/per hour

After two hours, the following prices apply for a Window Room:

5-6 people: £310.00 half day and £440.00 full day
7-8 people: £415.00 half day and £595.00 full day
9-14 people: £475.00 half day and £840.00 full day
15-20 people: £545.00 half day and £1,45.00 full day

After two hours, the following prices apply for an Internal Room:

1-2 people: £120.00 half day and £220.00 full day
3-4 people: £200.00 half day and £290.00 full day
5-6 people: £300.00 half day and £420.00 full day
7-10 people: £435.00 half day and £620.00 full day
