This ever popular event is completely sold out and the waiting list is now closed. As it will be extremely busy, we ask that you do not attempt to come to Woodcote Park unless you have a place booked at the fireworks or a restaurant reservation.
On the morning of Friday 6 November a temporary pathway will be installed to extend car parking onto the Driving Range. This pathway is designed to protect the 1st hole on the Old Course from excessive wear and tear. Whilst it is being installed the contractors will minimise disturbance to golfers. Please do be mindful of this activity. With respect to the rules of golf, the pathway may be treated as an ‘immovable obstruction’ under rule 16.1, which provides free relief if your ball comes to rest on the pathway or interferes with your intended stance or swing.
On Friday 6 November the final tee time available to tee off on the Old Course will be 10.30am and course will be closed from 10.40am onwards. This is to ensure the course is clear for the fireworks set-up. The Driving Range will close at 2.00pm and the Captain’s Drive will be closed from 4.00pm. The 19th Hole will be restricted to advance bookings only from 5.00pm and the Spike Bar will be open until 9.30pm.
Cedars Sports and the Walled Garden will close at 6.00pm with last entry at 5.00pm.

- You may enter via the main entrance from 5.30pm.
- The Captain’s Drive will be closed.
- Parking will be marshalled and we kindly ask attendees to adhere to the directions given and park considerately.
- The event officially begins at 6.30pm.
- Food and drink will be available on the Cedar Lawn and in the Cedar Room from 6.30pm for ticket holders only.
- Rides and stalls will open at 6.30pm and close at 9.00pm.
- The firework display will start at 8.00pm.
- Please ensure all vehicles are removed from the Driving Range on the night.
