As Britain’s first and most influential motoring organisation, the Royal Automobile Club was born over a hundred years ago out of a shared love of motoring and a dedication to preserving the rights and best interests of motorists.
Now, with the world-famous Bonhams London to Brighton Veteran Car Run and the 1000 Mile Trial being just a taste of the events on offer, Club members have access to a range of exclusive opportunities, including factory tours, industry dinners, track visits and awards presentations. Whether you have a passing interest or consider yourself a die-hard car aficionado, there is something to suit everyone.
Globally recognised as Britain’s home of motoring, the Club continues to foster links and relationships with industry and the wider motoring world through its Motoring Committee. Recent award winners at the Club have included Formula 1’s Lewis Hamilton MBE and motorcycling champion John McGuinness, along with racing legends Sir Jackie Stewart and Sir Stirling Moss.
