Coronation Course, 9th Hole
Due to the extreme heat, which is impacting playing conditions on the 9th hole of the Coronation Course, as well as the ongoing padel courts work at Cedar Sports, the Golf Management Team, in conjunction with the Golf Committee, has decided to remove the out of bounds rule to the right hand side of the 9th hole and put a temporary local rule in place that states:
The area to the right-hand side of the white line along the hole is strictly “out of play”. Any ball on or over the white line is considered out of play and MUST be placed back on the left-hand side of the white line, nearest point of full relief, 90 degrees from where the ball finished across the line (on the 10th hole) without penalty. Under no circumstances are players to hit a ball from the 10th fairway.
This is now in place and will remain so until further notice.
