Are you feeling stressed? Michael Fitica, Club Osteopath, has written an article outlining a simple relaxation technique for you to use at home.
Lie on your back with your knees bent, interlock your fingers and place them on your stomach. Focus, when breathing, on the stomach rising on the in-breath (two to three seconds) and falling on the out-breath (four to six seconds).
