The gym at Cedars Sports overlooks the stunning grounds and is equipped with the latest Technogym equipment. Members can take advantage of a full gym induction, which will take place with one of the qualified fitness team.
The Club is proud to partner with Technogym and boasts the latest ARTIS line of equipment at both clubhouses. ARTIS brings the highest quality in terms of design and functionality. The Cardio line includes treadmills, upright bikes, recline bikes and a choice of elliptical trainer in the form of the ‘Vario’ cross trainer or the more traditional ‘Synchro’ cross trainer. The Strength line includes some ‘Kinesis’ stations, offering a variety of movement possibilities. Alongside the ARTIS range of Cardio and Strength machines, there is also various ‘functional training’ options including the ‘Pure Strength’ Olympic lifting rack and free-weights. The ‘Skill Mill’ is also available in our functional areas, along with the ‘ARKE’ core-centric training equipment. There is also a Watt Bike, Concept 2 rowing machines and spinning bikes.
The ARTIS line also incorporates the ‘My Wellness’ client system to help you monitor your progress in a number of ways. Some of the features include easily accessible advice on your own training, equipment set up guides, and interaction with your instructor. There is also the ability to record your workouts via your preferred tracking provider, such as Garmin and Strava and even a library of pre-set workout routines. You will also be able to connect to the Club gyms either via the ‘mywellness’ fitness app on your mobile phone or the Technogym Key. The ARTIS cardio machines are all TV and web enabled, plus will have the ‘Virtual Training’ option and even a ‘Virtual Race’ mode.

One-to-One Personal Training Sessions
If you are looking for support to achieve your fitness goals, feel like trying something new or want to get back to structured exercise and tuition, the gym team are back offering one-to-one personal training sessions. This can take place in the gym, the studio or even outdoors if you prefer. Training location can be discussed with your personal trainer upon booking.
All sessions will be conducted under strict social distancing and hygiene standards with trainers keeping a distance of at least two metres at all times with all equipment being sanitised before and after use.
