Woodcote Park offers 22 elegant bedrooms, from singles to suites, to help you unwind amidst the beautiful setting of the Epsom countryside.

Each room is individually designed and decorated with handpicked pieces, to create a true country house feel, and named after a famous racehorse that has competed in the Derby.

Breakfast is served in the Fountain Brasserie and is included in your stay. Our Room Service Menu is available from 8.00am to 8.00pm. Check-in is from 3.00pm and check out by 11.00am.

We offer a variety of room options for families, including a suite with two bedrooms and seven rooms with interconnecting doors to one or two of the neighbouring bedrooms. We are also able to add an extra bed or a cot to your room and babysitting can be arranged if booked in advance.

Guests may stay on any night without the sponsoring member present.

Rooms may be booked up to 12 months and at least 14 days in advance and members may book up to three guest bedrooms per stay. Different terms are available for accommodations booked as part of a banqueting booking.

Accommodation during major events (such as the Derby Festival, Fireworks Night and Christmas) will be made available to book at the same time as the event tickets go on sale.

Please note that there are no rooms with disabled access at Woodcote Park.
