Triumph TR2 Car in the Rotunda

Arguably the most significant Triumph sports car of all time, the Triumph TR2 ‘Jabbeke’ is on view in the rotunda from today until Sunday. Built in 1952, MVC 575 achieved almost 125 mph in May 1953 on the track at Jabbeke in Belgium, breaking the world speed record for 2-litre standard production cars. The TR2 went on to become a dominant force in motorsport.
