Have you ever tried a group exercise class run by the Cedars gym team?
The team would like to invite you to try a range of classes led by our experienced fitness professionals. The whole team will all be on hand to talk through any fitness related and welcome you to come and join in.
12 noon-12.45pm: Group Cycle with Helen*
1.00–1.30pm: Tabata and HIIT Circuit Mash Up with Chris
1.45–2.15pm: Group Cycle with Barnabe*
2.30–3.00pm: Body Fit with Suhaib
3.15–3.45pm: Group Cycle with Chris*
4.00–4.30pm: Ultimate Core with Suhaib
4.30–5.00pm: Sega Fit with Barnabe
All sessions are complimentary. Group Cycle classes have a maximum capacity of six participants.
