Menu Rapide in the Great Gallery

Wednesday 14 June – Tuesday 18 July

At long last summer is upon us, and here in Pall Mall, we have relaxed our dress code from June through to the end of August, where a jacket or tie is not required in the Great Gallery.

In collaboration with our legendary executive chef Philip Corrick, I would like to introduce you to our exciting new seasonal set lunch menu ‘Menu Rapide’, evoking childhood memories of my travels across Europe.

Menu Rapide will be prepared using seasonal produce and taking into consideration the taste preferences of our members. With speed of service for those with a busy schedule, this menu can be served to you and your guests in an hour and a quarter to a maximum of eight guests.

Cod and Sicilian lemon brandade
Summer heritage tomato carpaccio
Mozzarella, essence of tomato and curry
Terrine of Mediterranean vegetables
Serrano ham, salsa verde
Pan-fried sea bream ‘aioli style’
Steamed vegetables, garlic and saffron egg emulsion
Trolley: Roasted sirloin of Hereford beef
Provençal vegetables, grenailles potatoes, béarnaise sauce
Ballotine of Guinea fowl
Peas, broad beans and heritage radish
Dessert selection
Tea and coffee
Served with a chef’s slection of petit fours
