Dressed to impress, over 600 members and guests arrived on Friday 2 June to experience Ladies’ Day; a day of glamour and fun. A buffet lunch was enjoyed while watching the races on screen.

For many, Derby Day is the true highlight of the week, and this year nearly 740 members and guests enjoyed the buffet lunch, the Club’s ice seafood bar, and finished with afternoon tea.

Timed perfectly, the rain kept at bay and the sun shone for the afternoon’s racing and the marquee came alive to the cheers for the Derby race, won by Wings of Eagles and journeyman jockey Padraig Beggy.

From the race-day atmosphere, champagne and Pimm’s, to top hat and tails, it was a week that delivered a truly British experience. A vibrant week full of fun, cheers and celebrations was enjoyed by all involved.
