CLUBHOUSE SILENT AUCTION

In preparation for the forthcoming refurbishment of the bedrooms at Woodcote Park, the Club is pleased to offer members the opportunity to bid for selected items of existing bedroom furniture and fixtures. A silent auction will run until 3.00pm on Sunday 4 January 2026. 

All items will be available for viewing in the Cedar Room on Sunday 4 January, from 9.00am to 3.00pm. Please complete a bid slip on the day and hand it to a member of the team.

You can submit a bid in advance by completing the online form below. The item you bid on may not be the exact one shown in the photograph, as there are multiple items in each category. The Club will make every effort to provide you with an item in the best possible condition. If you have a specific item in mind, we recommend attending on the day to select it personally. 

Members whose bids are successful will be contacted from 3.00pm on Sunday 4 January by email.

Please note, the Club is unable to arrange delivery and all purchased items must be collected by 3.00pm on Tuesday 6 January. If items are not collected by this time, the bid will be cancelled and the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.

Members are kindly asked to drive up to the Cedar Lawn to collect their furniture and ensure that their vehicle is of an appropriate size to transport the item safely. 

The Club remains committed to sustainability and would be delighted for the furniture to be reused or recycled wherever possible.
