The Annual Motoring Dinner 2018 to welcome Derek Warwick

Thursday 1 March, 7.00-10.30pm – Pall Mall

We are delighted to announce that our special guest for the 2018 Annual Motoring Dinner will be former Formula 1 driver and Le Mans winner Derek Warwick.

Derek is one of Britain’s most revered racing drivers, carving out a Formula 1 career which included stints at Lotus, Renault, Toleman and Arrows. Derek raced in 147 Formula 1 Grands Prix in an era that included the likes of Senna, Prost, Mansell and Piquet. Away from Formula 1, he was victorious in the 24 Hour Le Mans race in 1992 for Peugeot and, that same year, became World Sportscar Champion.

Derek served as an FIA Steward at Formula 1 Grands Prix during 2010 and 2011 and then succeeded Damon Hill as the 10th President of the British Racing Drivers’ Club from 2011 to 2017.

This special Black Tie event is always a favourite on the Motoring calendar. For more information, please click here.
