To thank you for your loyalty throughout the pandemic and to celebrate the full reopening of the clubhouses, we are delighted to offer a 20% discount on accommodation for members, restaurant and café food and soft drinks, member banqueting for up to 30 people and sessions at the Club’s crèche.
When coupled with the temporary reduction of VAT from 20% to 5% until September, this substantially reduces the costs of staying, eating and drinking in your Club. We are expecting high demand at the most popular times, so if your first choice time or date is not available, please remain as flexible as possible.

When does it apply?
For restaurants, banqueting and the créche in the Walled Garden, every day from Monday 17 May until Tuesday 31 August inclusive. For accommodation, from the night of Monday 17 May until the night of Tuesday 31 August inclusive.
The only exceptions are the days and nights of Friday 4 and Saturday 5 June at Woodcote Park, when the Derby is taking place.
I made a booking before the discount was announced. Will it still apply?
Yes, the discount will be applied irrespective of when the booking was made.
Are the published prices the full ones or the discounted ones?
All prices published on menus, the Club website or elsewhere are the full, normal prices. The 20% discount will be calculated when your bill is drawn up.
What accommodation is included?
Any room which is occupied by at least one Member or Junior Member. The discount does not apply to rooms occupied by guests. Additionally, these discounts cannot be combined with any other offers and is applicable to bed and breakfast rates only.
What dining is included?
The discount will be applied to all food purchased from standard or seasonal menus in the Great Gallery, Brooklands Room, Long Bar or Club Room at Pall Mall and in Stirling’s, the Fountain Brasserie, the 19th Hole, the Lounge or the Garden Café at Woodcote Park.
It also applies to food from the Halfway Houses and Spike Bar and to food eaten while seated on one of the dining terraces at either clubhouse. Picnics and any takeaway food are not included.
Promotional menus and certain special event menus will be excluded from the discount.
Any non-alcoholic drinks purchased with a qualifying meal will also be discounted by 20%.
What banqueting is included?
All food and non-alcoholic drinks at an event in one of Club’s banqueting rooms will receive the discount if the event qualifies as a member event, not member sponsored (i.e. a personal event, not one sponsored for an organisation or a guest of a member).
The discount is applicable to events of up to 30 people, or for the first 30 people at larger events.
How can overseas members use this discount?
If your address registered with the Club is outside the UK and you are unable to visit the clubhouses before the end of August, you may use this discount whenever you make your first visit, up until the end of 2021.
It may be applied up to 14 nights of accommodation and to meals at the Club while you are in residence.
