From Thursday 9 to Saturday 11 March, join Il Palato Italiano on a culinary journey through the diverse tastes and traditions of Italy for lunch and dinner in the Great Gallery.
Executive Chef Filippo Sinisgalli, in collaboration with Executive Head Chef Philip Corrick, has designed an exclusive tasting menu for you to enjoy; ‘milestones’ of a journey through the flavours of Italy. Truffles from Tuscany will feature in dishes showcasing Il Palato Italiano’s finest produce.
The menu is accompanied by a recommended wine pairing, curated by Il Palato Italiano Sommelier Tiziana Sinisgalli, in collaboration with the Club Sommeliers.
