Logging in for the first time
To gain access to much of the website, including the booking facilities and ‘My Account’, you will need to log in.
To do this, click on the ‘Member Login’ box in the top left corner of any page. This will take you to the login page. If you already have an email address registered with the Club, click on ‘Reset your password’ at the bottom on the logging in page and then fill in the details requested. You will receive an email to your registered address which will enable you to set up a password.
If you do not have an email address registered with the Club, please email firstname.lastname@example.org from the address you wish to register, with your name and membership number. The Membership Team will then record your address and send you an email which will enable you to set up a password.
How do I reset my password?
If you have not logged in for some time or wish to reset your password, simply click on the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link from the login screen, type your membership number in the box and click ‘submit’. You will then receive an email to the address you have registered with the Club. Click on the link in the email and follow the on-screen instructions to set a new password.
The site won’t let me log in. What can I do?
If you have checked that your membership number is correct and tried resetting your password then the most likely reason is that you are using out of date software. If possible, update your device so that it is using the latest version of the operating system and web browser.
Unfortunately, web browser updates are not available for some older devices (such as some versions of pre-2015 iPads, for example). If this is the situation in your case, please use an alternative device that is running up to date software.
My browser isn’t remembering my login details so I have to fill them in every time.
Open the settings in your browser and find the relevant options. The way to do this depends upon the browser. In Internet Explorer, click on the cog symbol and then ‘Internet options’. In Chrome, click on the three dots in the top right corner and select ‘Settings’.
Within this area will be options for managing your passwords and what is automatically filled in on forms. Look for the Club’s website address (shown as myclub.co.uk) and either amend these options or clear the entry for myclub.co.uk so that next time you log in you should be asked whether you want the details to be saved.
