Why can’t I see my monthly statements
We are currently loading member statements into our new system, starting with the most recent first. This process is expected to be completed by 26th June, after which member’s will be able to view their last 3 months of statements.
How can I get an introduction letter to a Reciprocal Club?
When logged in, click on the ‘Get Letter’ button of the club you wish to visit, select the dates, accept terms and then submit the form. A pdf letter will be generated and made available from within the ‘My Account area for you to print off.
How do I change or delete my payment preferences?
You can add, edit or delete payment methods that the Club hold from within the ‘My Account area. On the left-hand side, select ‘Payment Methods’ to manage your preferences. To view or change how the Club uses your direct debit, choose Direct Debit instead.
How do I book something?
The booking process has not changed, so once logged in please continue using it in the same way. View all the online booking options available on the homepage and choose from squash, golf, events, rooms or restaurants.
How can I check which Club communications and activity newsletters I am subscribed to?
Once logged in to the site, go to ‘My Account, from the list on the left-hand side choose ‘Publication Preferences’ to manage which Club communications you receive. For activity group newsletters, pick ‘Activities and Interests’ from that same list and select activity groups you would like to subscribe to.
How do I update my dietary preferences?
Same process as above, instead from the left-hand side list click on ‘Dietary Requirements’ to amend.
How can I add my car to my member profile?
Log in to the site, go to ‘My Account’, from the left-hand list choose ‘Vehicles’. Either use the on-page DVLA registration lookup to find your vehicle to add it or; put in your car details manually if it is not registered with the DVLA. To delete a car from your list, click the ‘Remove’ button.
