The Royal Automobile Club

Overview

At Easter 2020, the Club will, for the first time, have facilities designed specifically for children and their families.

Long hidden through the woods above the clubhouse at Woodcote Park, the Walled Garden was once a hive of activity. Now, after decades of disuse, its rebirth is underway. With walls enclosing a space of some 12,000 square metres, it is being developed into an exciting, safe and welcoming environment with a range of facilities aimed primarily at preteens and their families – including a children’s swimming pool and a variety of play areas. Open throughout the year, it will also be the venue for a programme of activities such as sports lessons, holiday camps and birthday parties.
