They may not be putting on such a show for members, but the talented people across our Support Departments are all part of the performance. Through their dedication and discretion, they keep the club functioning efficiently and effectively.
You may be working in Capital Projects or Motoring, exploiting our Heritage in order to build our future. You could be writing the story of our next 100 years in the Communications department, or concentrating on next year’s renewals as part of the vital Membership team. You might even move from a Hospitality role to one in our IT or Finance teams, taking advantage of all the training and career flexibility we can offer.
Take Boglarka Badonyi, for example. Having joined the Club on Reception, she was supported in her move to the HR department, benefiting from one of our Sue Brownson Scholarship Awards. These encourage staff to take courses that are not related to their current roles – just one way we find the stars of the future.
