Important Notice
The second phase of the programme to refurbish our third floor bedrooms will commence on 3 January 2012, and last approximately 10 weeks. During this time, we do anticipate there to be a substantial amount of noise, for which we apologise in advance.
The building works will be restricted to between the hours of 9.00am - 12.30pm, and 2.30pm - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, with no noisy work to be undertaken over the lunch period (12.30pm - 2.30pm).

Pall Mall Reservations Terms and Conditions
Website bookings
All online bookings are currently limited to a maximum of two rooms per booking per stay date, of which one must be at member rate, regardless of the day of the week.
Confirmation
For online bookings you will receive an email confirming your room booking, and any requirements you have requested. The email will be sent to the email address the Club holds for you. Please note that the Club cannot guarantee any special requests, but will endeavour to fulfil your requirements.
Cancellations
You must notify the Reservations department in writing if you wish to cancel your room; otherwise you will be charged the full rate for your first night’s stay. Any remaining nights will be cancelled. All cancellations must be made no later than 6.00pm on the day prior to arrival.
For online bookings, you may cancel your booking by selecting “Cancel Room booking” from the Quick Book area and then entering the reservation number of your booking.
Amendments to online bookings cannot be made via the website; you must contact the Reservations department with any changes you wish to make.

Length of stay
Members are able to stay for a maximum of two weeks during a four-week period.
Reservations can be made up to three months prior to the date of arrival.
Staying at the Club from Monday to Thursday
Members must be in residence with their guests. Members are only entitled to book two guest rooms per stay.
Reciprocal members
Reciprocal members are only entitled to three bedrooms per night (During July and August, reciprocal members are not restricted). Guests of reciprocal members must be accompanied by the sponsoring member at all times. Reciprocal members currently cannot book online.
Room rates
The quoted room price includes complimentary use of the gym, swimming pool and Turkish Bath (until 12.00pm on the day of departure), free internet access, television with satellite, and early morning continental breakfast in the room or full English breakfast in the restaurant. Prices are inclusive of service and VAT.
