Woodcote Park Reservations Terms and Conditions

Website bookings
All online bookings are currently limited to a maximum of three rooms per booking per stay date, of which one must be at member rate, regardless of the day of the week.

Confirmation
For online bookings you will receive an email confirming your room booking, and any requirements you have requested. The email will be sent to the email address the Club holds for you. Please note that the Club cannot guarantee any special requests, but will endeavour to fulfil your requirements.

Cancellations
You must notify the Reservations department in writing if you wish to cancel your room; otherwise you will be charged the full rate for your first night’s stay. Any remaining nights will be cancelled. All cancellations must be made no later than 12 noon on the day prior to arrival.

For online bookings, you may cancel your booking by selecting “Cancel Room booking” from the Quick Book area and then entering the reservation number of your booking.

Amendments to online bookings cannot be made via the website; you must contact the Reservations department with any changes you wish to make.

Check-in and Check-out times
Check-in time is from 2.00pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out is by 11.00am on the day of departure.

Room rates
The quoted room price includes complimentary use of the gym and swimming pool (until 12 noon on the day of departure), free internet access, television with satellite, newspaper, and early morning continental breakfast in the room or full English breakfast in the restaurant. Prices are inclusive of service and VAT.

Member functions
Member functions are held at Woodcote Park and typically occur on Friday and Saturday evenings. Member functions may run late into the evening, therefore we would like to advise that there may be some noise heard in the bedrooms as a result.  We endeavour to provide our residents with rooms away from any noise; however this may not always be possible.
