Online Room Booking FAQs

Q. I am told I can book bedrooms online, but can’t see where to do this?
A. You need to be logged in to book a room online.

Q. Can I only book online now?
A. No, you can still contact the club direct if you prefer

Q. I want to book more than three rooms online and I can’t seem to do this
A. Currently all online bookings are limited to three per booking, irrespective of clubhouse. If you wish to book for more than three rooms, then please contact the clubhouse direct. 
 
Q. I have made a room booking and received a confirmation email. Will I be charged for this at the time I made the booking?
A. No. All charges will be confirmed when you check out.

Q. Can I book a room for my guest even though I won’t be accompanying them?
A. All online room bookings are currently limited to a maximum of three rooms of which one must be in your (the member’s) name

Q. I have booked multiple rooms and want to cancel one of them
A. If you cancel a reservation online the whole reservation will be cancelled. If you wish to cancel just one room then please contact the clubhouse direct.
 
Q. I have booked a room but now wish to make changes to the booking
A. Contact the clubhouse direct
