Turkish Bath

The Club’s Turkish Baths are a unique experience and no other exists like it in London. Move freely between the five rooms, each with varying degrees of heat and humidity. Followed by the cold plunge pool and then if desired, a full body wash and massage and finally a period of relaxation in a cooling room.

A range of drinks and snacks including coffees, smoothies, protein shakes, sandwiches and salads are also available in both the Frigidarium and Sports Reception. Please note that silence is requested at all times in the Turkish Bath.

Monday – mixed usage
Tuesday – ladies only day  
Wednesday – gentlemen only day
Thursday to Sunday – mixed usage
Bank Holidays are mixed

Monday to Friday 7.00am - 10.00pm (last entry 9.15pm).
Ladies access is permitted from 8.30am
Members must be in the Changing Room or Frigidarium by 9.45pm, ready for closing at 10.00pm

Saturday and Sunday 8.00am - 8.00pm (last entry 7.15pm)
Ladies access is permitted from 8.30am
Members must be in the Changing Room or Frigidarium by 7.45pm, ready for closing at 8.00pm

Dress Code:
Dress (swimming costume, robe or towel) is to be worn in the Frigidarium and is optional in all other parts of the Turkish Baths. Members are asked to sit or lie on a towel when not dressed. The above rules will apply on all days (men only, women only and mixed days).

Overnight accommodation is also offered in the Turkish Baths. Monday to Friday inclusive (except bank holidays).
