The famous Pall Mall swimming pool was restored in 2003, retaining its original Grecian-inspired features, intricate mosaics and Sicilian marble columns. At 26.3 metres long and ranging in depth from 1 metre to 2.3 metres, and is heated to a temperature of 28°C. The perfect place to get away from it all, the pool is a stunning setting for your daily recreational swim, serious training or even a spot of aqua aerobics. Monday to Friday 6.30am - 10.00pm (last entry 9.15pm)
Saturday and Sunday 8.00am - 8.00pm (last entry 7.15pm).
The swimming pool is available from 5.00am Monday to Sunday by prior arrangement, but is unattended by staff at this time.

The pool is laned at the following times:
Monday to Friday
7.00am - 8.00am
11.30am - 2.00pm
4.30pm - 8.00pm
A lane of the pool is also sectioned off for swimming training on Wednesdays 7.00pm - 9.00pm and Fridays 7.00pm – 8.00pm, with a single lane in place during weekends and for swimming lessons.
During periods when the laning system is not in place, we respectfully ask members to swim along the black lines, which are marked at the bottom of the pool.
Low impact cardio work in the Pall Mall pool. Small classes take place at the following times:
