Whatever your personal preference, a range of classes are available to members and guests including Pilates, Hatha yoga, circuits, aerobics and aqua aerobics. With sessions taking place throughout the day, there’s bound to be one to suit your schedule. One on one sessions can also be booked.

Pilates
Are you already a Pilates devotee but never tried out the reformer, chair or tower? Perhaps you've heard about Pilates but the thought of joining an hour-long mat class is a daunting prospect? In February the Club will be offering private, complimentary 20 minute Pilates intro sessions with STOTT Certified Pilates instructor, Jessica LePoidevin. Jessica will be on hand to answer your questions, and introduce you to this fascinating and effective exercise method. Find out why Pilates is recommended for back pain, joint stability, flexibility and post-rehab conditioning. If you're already familiar with the method, take the opportunity to try out the Pilates equipment and discover how it can expand the repertoire and take your practice to the next level.

Yoga
An introduction to the wonderful world of Yoga in which well-being of the mind, body and soul come together. A guided glimpse into the breathing techniques, postures and sequences that strengthen and stretch your body, relieving stress and tension, bringing better sleep patterns, and energising the body and the spirit. Classes are challenging and uplifting, intense and life-changing.
Suitable for complete beginners or advanced students as the classes are tailored specifically for your body in order to work towards reaching your personal goals.

Mind, Body and Soul
Hatha Yoga – Yoga is a combination of moving, stretching and breathing postures with sequences that aid relaxation. Physically can energise and strengthen the body and the mind.
Kundalini / Hatha Yoga – This is a combination of energetic and energising Kundalini kriyas to build stamina and core strength with classic posture to improve balance and flexibility.
Vinyasa Yoga - A challenging, intense yet accessible class combining fluid sequences of strength and stretching movements, accompanied by deeply replenishing and nourishing relaxation.
Pilates Matwork – The class is a series of movements regulated by your breathing. The aim is to strengthen the core muscles and the lumbar spine. Regular Pilates will improve posture, muscle tone, flexibility and help relaxation.
Freestyle Classes
Circuits – A series of endurance exercises to improve fitness and stamina. There are up to 12 “Stations” where you will be timed for 30 to 60 seconds. The exercises use body weight and light hand weights
Swimming Training – Incorporating different activities such as interval training and drills. Also includes instruction on kick and pull
Aerobics – Aerobics is a choreographed routine to music. The class is a fun, cardiovascular workout. The end of the class involves abdominal work and stretching.
Aqua Aerobics – This is aerobics to music, using the resistance of water. For anyone with injuries this is ideal as the buoyancy of the water ensures a safe support
Abs & Stretch – A core strengthening class focusing on the abdominals and lower back. It is then followed by all over body stretch.
One To One Classes
One to one classes are an amazing way to improve and enjoy fast results
Yoga
A popular health management and relaxation class designed to improve flexibility and release stress. Sequences and poses keep the joints supple, the muscles long and the cardiovascular system oxygenated. Yoga encourages balance and wellbeing for the mind and the body by combining movement, deep breathing and mental focus, with relaxation. Classes package 5 sessions £250.00

Pilates
Go beyond the 'mat' with one to one Pilates sessions at Pall Mall. Whether your goal is toning up, improving performance or increasing strength and flexibility, Pilates training on the reformer, stability chair and tower can help take you to the next level. Pilates equipment offers greater resistance and variety to traditional mat-only classes, and private sessions are individually tailored to your needs.
