Thai Floor Massage

Loosely based on the Eastern concept, Thai Floor Massage focuses on stretching, breathing and involves pressure work. The Club's traditional Thai Floor Massage is an invigorating treatment covering every major muscle group and is an ideal way to halve recovery time and prepare for exercise.
