Sports at the Club could never be described as a chore, when between them the  clubhouses offer two 18 hole golf courses, modern, well-equipped gymanasiums, weekly classes, squash and tennis, stunning swimming pools and an original Turkish Bath and treatment rooms. Whether you are a ‘quick game of squash before work' person, a pilates afficionado or simply golf mad, Pall Mall and Woodcote Park have it covered.

We have a team of personal trainers at the Club who provide a level of expertise and wide range of additional skills to help you.  While all attaining the required industry standard qualifications, the team specialise in various elements and adopt varying approaches with their training techniques. Depending on your personality and goals, there may well be a trainer that fits with you better than another trainer. As the relationship between client and trainer is crucial and can be so powerful, it is worthwhile taking some time and ensuring that you work with the right trainer for you.

The gym teams at both clubhouses have a wide range of specialisms so please seek them out. These include specialisms such as Sports NLP; C.H.E.K. Institute qualifications, including Golf Performance; Certified ACSM Specialists; a former Olympic elite athlete & coach; a range of specialist classes; certified Power Plate instructor; Pre & Post Natal qualified and even a couple with MSc in Psychology.

So not all Personal Trainers are the same, and hopefully the best ones come with something different from the rest.  Along with top-notch fitness knowledge, they can help the individual fully realise their goals, or take them as close as possible. From weight loss to capability improvement, injury rehabilitation, sports specific training or achieving a physical challenge, a trainer can help over come barriers and inspire the individual to achieve in a way that they might never be able to do by themselves.
